So if you are reading this it is always a chance if you can give up your brain because it will turn off. If your thinking about something that will just won't help then do mindful breathing and it will help you only 1min. If you have rough times and that you might be thinking about that come on think about mojo getting out of that dip. Something we see they can see the stuff you do but not on the inside, you don't know how it is like my teacher teaches us about many stuff to learn. I really like the iceberg because people can see what you do fun but underneath the iceberg, they don't see the real stuff that goes on. Like you might be getting a hiding every day for nothing. GET OUT OF THAT DIP.
